The Sunshine Blogger Award (#3)

Heyy there!! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I’d like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Catherine for nominating for this award. You should check her blog, it is filled with positivity and is a source of inspiration.

Rules:

  • Thank the blogger who nominated you and link back to their blog.
  • Answer the 11 questions given to you.
  • Nominate 11 other bloggers and write them 11 new questions.
  • List the rules and display The Sunshine Blogger Award logo in your blog post.

My answers:

  • Do you have a bullet journal?

Yes I do! I started bullet journal-ing two years ago, the same year I started my blog. Keeping a bujo has helped me organizing my life.

  • What goal have you already achieved this year?

So far, it’s working out twice a week, no matter how intense or light the exercises are. I guess this is the only thing I’m trying to be consistent about.

  • How long do you spend writing blog posts per day?

I spend about an hour and half straight in front of the screens to complete a post. But that’s without including an extra half hour for checking and correcting mistakes. Sometimes, I spend half an hour writing a post and then leaving it just to come back to it and leaving again and so on and on, till I bring myself to complete it.

  • What does your content schedule currently look like? (including other socials like Instagram)

I post 2-3 times a week on random days and try to promote my blog on my Instagram account (I’ve doing this a lot recently). I also try to make a schedule for my YouTube channel and shoot videos from time to time. I spend half an hour to an hour on Instagram interacting with other bloggers.

  • What does your perfect morning look like?

Waking up at 8 exactly, feeling excited and not lazy. Then, working out for 7 minutes before my breakfast. After that, I’d make myself a cup coffee and read a book or journal.

  • How would you like to spend the next hour of your life?

For the next few hours (and days) of my life, I would like to spend it learning new skills and techniques that might help me in my future. I’ve got a list of skills to learn in mind and I would love to use this long holiday for that purpose.

  • What 5 small things make you happy?

I wrote a little post about things that make me happy. But in short, coffee, waking up early morning, bookstores, anything to do with art and sunsets make me the happiest person on earth.

  • Early bird or night owl?

Currently, I’m an early bird! I love waking you early, planning my day out, practicing my hobbies and doing some chores to have a productive day.

  • Next book you plan to read?

I’ve got many books to read for this long summer. Currently, I’m reading Archenemies by Merissa Meyers. After completing this book, I might take a break from the Renegades series and read One of Us is Lying.

  • On average, how much sleep do you get per night?

I usually sleep for 6-7 hours, I know it’s not healthy. But since summer has already started and all my school tensions are gone, I try to bring myself to sleep a complete 8 hours.

  • What are your plans for summer?

I wrote a whole post about my summer bucket list. But in short, my plan is to focus on my resolutions and goals, blog and youtube channel along with learning new things everyday and having fun too!

  1. Congratulations!!! I enjoyed reading your answers and getting to know more about you. I feel you about trying to sleep for 8 hours. My body seemed to get used to sleeping for 6-7 hours because of school. It’s pretty challenging. 😅 Thank you so much for the nomination 💗 I can’t wait to answer the questions!

  2. This is an amazing post, lovely! I loved reading your answers. I’m glad you think my questions are good enough to pass on. Ooh, I’ve heard of the Renegades series. I was going to pick it up but I was distracted by contemporary (probably my favourite genre, next to historical fiction?) One Of Us Is Lying has been hight priority on my TBR for a while, I’ll try to find myself a copy. It sounds really good so I hope you enjoy it! If I was commenting on every answer it would make an essay, so just trying to keep it brief hehe. Hope you have an amazing summer! I’m on summer break too, it actually started today, so I’m planning on writing out a list of goals. I want to practise my cello and workout every day. Ambitious, I know, but I want to be really well-prepared for when school resumes in September. Love reading this blog as always! Take care 🙂 x

    1. Thank you! The Renegades series is a good one and is my favorite too. I read many good reviews about One of Us is Lying so I immediately bought it when I had the chance. Have an amazing summer! Yes, I feel motivated to achieve so much before school resumes.
      Thanks again! Stay safe💕

      1. You’re more than welcome! Also, I hope this is not too nosey, but is there a name you would prefer to be called by? Don’t worry if not, I’m fine to knowing. Only when you’re ready to say should you say x

    1. I love being a night owl too but now, I prefer being an early bird! Sunsets, books and art make my day. I can’t imagine a day without them. Ohh yeah! 8 hours sleep is important to stay energetic.
Have an amazing summer too! Thank you for reading ❤️
