Ramadan Diary #3

As I said I’m gonna post a blog today and well this blog is a special one. So far I did only three ramadan diaries and that didn’t seem enough. I mean, Ramadan has 29 days and I posted only 3 ramadan blogs. Kinda disappointing though.

So if you didn’t know, today is the last day of this glorious month of Ramadan. I’m a bit sad because I feel like I didn’t accomplish much.

In this post, I’m gonna post about everything I did in these 29 days, what I accomplished, what I learned and more about myself.

So let’s hop into the post with no delay.

Last days of Ramadan

This year Ramadan was just 29 days while last year it was 30 days. So these 29 days were tiresome not cause of fasting but because of school. I was always tired when I came back from school and I couldn’t do anything but sleep. The last ten days of Ramadan is known of be special and blessed days. In those ten days, Muslims would pray more and do good deeds in order to please Allah (God). We also got this late night prayers which ends at 3:00am. These ten days are the best days of the year and the blessings are really great. In these ten days, I used to come back from school at 2 and sleep till 7. Then I’d stay awake till 4 or 3 am.

As Muslims we have two festivals in our Islamic calendar. One is Eid-Ul-Fitr which comes exactly after Ramadan and the other is Eid-Ul-Adha which comes in the twelfth and last month of the Islamic calendar. So tomorrow is the first Eid-Ul-Fitr and in the first day we got the Eid prayer in the morning at 6am. Eid-Ul-Fitr lasts for three days and thankfully I’m off from school in these three days including today even though today is not Eid.

Social medias

Instagram is my biggest distraction. I always say to myself “just one minute” and then I’d end up using it for one whole hour literally. I tried staying away from Instagram for the whole ramadan but well I failed and to mention I wasn’t able to stay away from it for a week even. I wasn’t really active on Instagram in the last few days and made me realize a lot of stuffs. One, my story views are getting less and less everyday. Two, I got a lot of “bots-followers” and hopefully I blocked most of them. Three, many “follow-to-unfollow” accounts had followed me and despite how amazing their account is they weren’t loyal followers and again I had to block them. Four, Instagram update is getting better and better and that’s something that makes me happy.

I’ve been really active on twitter and I find it a really calm place and thank goodness my followers are active.

You can add me up on twitter if you want. Twitter

Believe it or not, I didn’t use youtube for the whole month of Ramadan and well I’m really proud of myself. But the only thing that have been bugging is the fact that I won’t be able to keep up those youtubers update.

World Cup 2018

And yeah. The football world cup starts today and if you didn’t know I’m a crazy football fan. I wholly support BRAZIL, mentioning the fact that I’m a Neymar fan. I got my hopes rising this time and I hope Brazil doesn’t get messed up like the last world cup 2014. The best thing in this year’s world cup is that many arabic countries are participating and a part of me is supporting them and I really hope they do well.

To mention, the first match today is between Russia and Saudi Arabia. Hope both of them play well.

Well, that’s it. I hope you really enjoyed reading it. Hope you keep up with my coming blogs. Much love.
